Our board
Ipsita Wright, Executive Director & Company Secretary
Ipsita has over 25 years' experience working in the not-for-profit sector, both as a practitioner and in executive leadership roles. She has established strong connections in local and international aid, and has direct experience working with and for communities. Ipsita brings invaluable advocacy and stakeholder engagement skills and knowledge of how to meaningfully engage with communities and build a strong volunteering program to make a difference.
Chris Pattenden, Board Chair & Director
Chris has spent over 15 years advising high growth start-ups on capital raising, M&A and strategic planning. Chris is currently the Head of Investments at Superseed, where his venture capital experience brings new and innovative solutions to transform the way tradies work.
Glenn Bowes, Director
With a strong background in innovation and business development, Glenn brings decades of experience in the plumbing and construction industry. In 1996, Glenn co-founded Auspex alongside his father, with a vision to deliver a fully Australian-made hot and cold-water system exclusively for Reece. Their pioneering work with Cross Linked Polyethylene pipe and brass fittings led to the launch of the Auspex system in April 1997, revolutionising the industry, and becoming the leading plastic plumbing system in Australia.
Andrew Wilson, Director
Andrew has more than 20 years’ experience in finance with leading national and multi-national companies in Australia and abroad. He brings to the Foundation board a consummate understanding of impact investing and a strong network. Andrew also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Reece Group Board.
Howard Silby, Director
Howard has over 25 years of experience in Finance Services, with a strong focus on digital and data driven financial solutions, new customer propositions and technological innovation. He has been Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer within large banks, as well as having extensive experience building fintech-style solutions. Howard currently runs the corporate venture fund of NAB.
Julia Shtepa, Director
With over 25 years of experience delivering innovative, enterprise-wide solutions, Julia is a seasoned leader focused on developing people and driving measurable business outcomes. Her career spans cultural transformations, organisational integrations, digital and data initiatives, and the successful launch of new products and services. Julia has a proven track record of breaking down silos and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to unlock productivity and P&L benefits.
